Beijing reports two new COVID cases

Beijing reported two new COVID-19 cases in Shunyi district on Monday, according to the district government on Monday morning.
One of the two cases is a crew member of an international flight and living together with the other case. They both have been transferred to the designated hospital. People in the area involved are undergoing nucleic acid tests.
Prior to the new cases, Beijing had reported zero new local COVID-19 cases for seven days in a row.
The city government will hold a news conference at around 5 pm on Monday to give more details.
