Military expert slams Takaichi's remarks as "stupid"

"Japanese Prime Minister Takaichi's remarks are really, really stupid," said Zhou Bo, a senior fellow at Tsinghua University's Center for International Security and Strategy. He pointed out that her remarks are actually inviting the very scenario she seeks to prevent. Zhou added that given Japan's frequent leadership changes in recent years, such sensational remarks would vanish as quickly as ripples.
