A. Account application

Log into the system (http://www.szhboftec.gov.cn/szwaishi) to register an enterprise identity and fill in registration information required by the?regional authority?issuing the business license. An audit will commence to assess the authenticity of information and normal operating conditions by the Zhangjiagang commerce bureau. After auditing, the entrepreneurs can login into the system to learn more information.

B. Business transaction

Log into the system and fill in the disembarkation card. The application will be audited by the Zhangjiagang commerce bureau online first. Those who do not pass need to modify and reapply. After the first audit, the entrepreneurs can ask for an official seal on the printed application materials at the Zhangjiagang commerce bureau. They can then apply for invitation letters from the Suzhou commerce bureau.

Materials required

Application forms printed through the system (in quintuplicate with enterprise’s seal); enterprise guarantee (see the attachment in the bottom for the format); a copy of invitee’s valid passport; other materials required by the approval authority.

? All information must be valid and true.

? Application will be rejected for any of the following reasons:

? The content or format of the application is irregular; the reason for entry into China is insufficient; applicant refuses to modify.

? Applicant does not provide all necessary materials.

? Other circumstances that are not in conformity with requirements.
