4. Let them help in the kitchen
Children are always curious and ready to help with cooking in the kitchen. Pick a recipe he or she is excited about, offer simple and clear tasks, and make sure they know how to do it. By encouraging them to finish simple tasks, you will be amazed by what you have accomplished.
